~ MATHEMATICAL PROOF? ~

"Two skeptical scientists put their heads together and reached an amazing conclusion:
There must be a God."

The 2 "skeptical scientists" referred to in this article are the late Sir Fred Hoyle and his colleague, Professor Chandra Wickramasinghe.

The late Sir Fred, the world-renowned Astrophysicist - former Professor of Astronomy at Cambridge University, England ... coined the term "the big bang" when a colleague was describing a theory to him on origins. He did not promote the theory because of the "degradation of information" ~ What explosion ever creates order? ~ His also was the "steady-state theory" but he later rejected it as well. He had been described as an atheist/agnostic for much of his lifetime and seemed to believe later in his life, that the key "intelligence" required for the origin of life was in outer space somewhere.

The recently retired Professor of Applied Mathematics and Astronomy at Cardiff University at Wales, Buddhist background.

Their findings using the laws of mathematical probability are very eye-opening and challenging to any long-age theories because their calculations prove to show the incredibly high improbability of even "simple" life arising from within a pool of chemicals even asuming vast ages of time in which to do so. Documented on-screen quotes of Professors from major Universities ~ Professors from Harvard, Yale, Princeton, Cambridge ~ British, American, Australian, Swedish, French ~ mostly evolutionists*, some defining or defending the theory, but for the purpose of this video, most are the ones that surprisingly question or denounce it. The major tenets of evolution are covered one by one in this light.

... and contrary to the present day teaching that is so prevalent in the universities, schools, the media, and most of the museums of the world that millions of years of time, plus chance mutations, etc. are responsible for the origins of the universe and life.

This video, approximately 115 minutes in length, is also, in part, a spotlight on the verses from the Bible, in the book of Job 12:7-10 which say,

and the fowls of the air, and they shall tell thee:

And so ... there are lots of live "beasts", "fowls", things of the "earth", and a few "fishes" in this video, that I have "interviewed" to find out what they do indeed have to teach. Their answers are without words yet understood by every language on earth.

~ "THE LAWS OF MATHEMATICAL PROBABILITY" ~

Within the video, there are references as to the "mathematical probability" of an event occurring by chance. Insurance companies use these mathematical laws to come up with a good idea of, for example, what the chances would be that a young auto driver will have an accident. They will then adjust their premiums accordingly. So if auto accidents occur more frequently with younger drivers, their rates will be generally higher.

It is similar also to, for example, estimating the chances of flipping a coin and having 1 of either heads or tails land on 1 try. Since there are only 2 possibilities, heads or tails, there is 1 chance in 2 possibilities that it will be heads (or tails) on 1 flip.
If there was such a thing as a coin with let's say 500 sides, the chance that you could flip it and land on "side 52," would be far greater ~ one chance in 500 possibilities.

It gets just a bit more complex with this scenario ~ Let's say you want to know how many different order combinations there are of just the numbers 1,2,and 3. The way to easily figure this out is to multiply each number in order - 1x2x3 = 6. There are 6 different ways to arrange the numbers 1,2,and 3.
(They would be: 1,2,3 - 1,3,2 - 2,1,3 - 2,3,1 - 3,1,2 - 3,2,1.)

Let's say that instead of 3 numbers you had 100 numbers and you wanted to know how many different combinations these numbers could be arranged in. Using the same math as the above illustration, one would multiply 1x2x3x4x...x100 to solve the problem. The answer? The number 1 followed by 158 zeros!

Now let's ask the question as is appropriate here - If there is let's say even a low number such as 100 elements that MUST come together in a PARTICULAR ORDER for there to be life, what is the chance of those 100 elements coming together in that particular order?

Following the above math procedure, you would say that there is 1 chance in the number 1 followed by 158 zeros since there would be that many different combinations possible. This number written out would be -

000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,
000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.

Considering that Sir Fred Hoyle and Chandra Wickramasinghe calculate mathematically the figure of 10 with 40,000 zeros after it for life having evolved from non-life, no wonder their conclusions are "There must be a God." (There are only 10 with 80 zeros after it electrons in the whole known universe!)
Of course, even if this correct combination of numbers happened once, you might wisely think to ask yourself, "how long could that initial one survive before it died and the whole process had to start over again."

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
1) *EVOLUTIONISTS ~ Not all evolutionists believe exactly the same thing as could also be said for creationists. However, I have considered the "evolutionist" as one who generally holds to the ideas of long ages and naturalistic explanations of time/chance for the origins of the universe and life, much of what is heard in the media, textbooks, museums, etc. A second ballpark holds those with beliefs in the Biblical description of these origins which includes the God whose special creation comprises a literal 6 days, a young earth, and a global flood as outlined in the Scriptures.

2) The quote regarding the emperor and his clothes in Chapter 1 is from a children's
storybook, "The Emperor's New Clothes," in which it was a little boy who
revealed an obvious truth that all the people of the land were too afraid to admit.

3) The late Sir Fred Hoyle, the "junkyard" quote, and Chandra Wickramasinghe,
both of whom concluded "There must be a God," are not known to have become
creationists in the Biblical sense. The location of their "Intelligence" seems to
have originated in some unknown place ... away from the earth. The same problems
tag right along that are present here on earth with the issue ... perhaps quite a few more, such as, where did "time" come from?

4) According to L.L. Cohen, his mathematical figures show that the number 1 with 50 zeros after it is ZERO probability ("Darwin was Wrong" (1984), p. 205) - See the "probabilities" link above also. Vance Ferrell in his book, "The Evolution Cruncher," p. 257, lists the number of electrons in the universe as 10 with 80 zeros after it.

5) What is LIFE anyway? Is it just an orderly arrangement of matter? But then, a corpse has all the parts, but no life. We need many "systems" as well to be at work, and all the parts rely on each other. For example, the heart relies on blood vessels to be there to pump the blood through, which needs the nervous system to fuction at the same time, as well as a heating/cooling system, waste system, etc. Can you imagine what half a heart would be like while it's waiting for the other half to evolve?

6) Consider that some things are just not "probable" even if you could figure the odds. For example, could a person jump up as high as 4 steps in a staircase? how about up to the clouds or the moon, or the sun? Each would create a less probable chance, but wouldn't it actually be better to call it "impossible" at some point?

7) Charles Darwin(1809-1882), who brought much popular attention to the theory of evolution, knew that "matter" was complex. It is his quote on the video(design and order) concerning the complexity of the eye and his calling it "absurd" to think it could have formed by natural selection. Knowing this, he continued on somehow with his theory.
With the rise of more sophisticated microscopic and telescopic instruments, scientists have become completely awestruck as to the even greater complexity that exists beyond what the human eye detects.
The odds then, for evolutionary processes to account for this complexity, continue to mount up against their theory. Gone now are the days when the answer that the first life that appeared was "the simple cell" since it is now known that no cell is "simple" - yet most textbooks do not piece this knowledge together.
